Airforms strives for superior customer service and customer satisfaction. We understand that things don’t always work out because of unforeseen changes or details and we want to work with you.
We must authorize any returns in advance of product being shipped back to us.
Airforms will ship out replacement product after your return is inspected at our facility, or, we can charge for new product and give a refund when your product, in like new condition, arrives at our facility.
Airforms will gladly allow a refund of your purchase price or exchange for another product if the following guidelines are met;
1. Fill out the Return Request on our website within 30 days of delivery. We will contact you.

2. When your return authorization is issued, parts need to be shipped back to Airforms for inspection prior to a refund or exchange to ensure the parts are still in new and un-installed condition.
3. Any parts or baffle sets that have been modified, damaged or installed will be Non-returnable.
4. Custom baffles, and, some Owner Produced Parts are Non-returnable. Contact us.
