-Our aircraft engine baffles are FAA/PMA approved and ready to install out of the box.

-They are made of 6061-T6 aluminum with many improvements over the factory aircraft engine baffling.
Such as steel brackets, hard rivet construction and fit snuggly to improve the engine cooling.

-We also made the pilot side rear baffle out of stainless steel because this is a real problem area for this aircraft.

-The aircraft engine baffle seals are fiberglass reinforced ,high temperature silicone available in orange ,dark blue and black.

-The seals are attached to the aircraft engine baffles with hard rivets and a half inch backing plate.

-We also have seal kits available if your aircraft engine baffling in good shape. (see flyer for pricing)

-Engine: Continental I0-520

-Confirm the oil cooler package from the flyer.
(Sometimes you will need to fax or e-mail the flyer to the customer.)

-Also, keep in mind that there are many companies who make oil coolers so pick the cooler pkg. that comes the closest to what you have.

-There may be some light trimming to fit the oil cooler baffles.
