They are made of 6061-T6 aluminum with many improvements over the factory aircraft engine baffling. Such as steel brackets where aluminum ones were cracking, hard rivet construction and improved fit to increase the engine cooling. The aircraft engine baffle seals are fiberglass reinforced ,high temperature silicone available in orange ,dark blue and black. The seals are attached to the aircraft engine baffles with hard rivets and a half inch backing plate. We also have seal kits available if your aircraft engine baffling in good shape. (see flyer for pricing) Engine: Lycoming 0-320-E2D If customer has installed an 0-360 (180 horsepower) they have to build an adaptor for the front and rear baffling because this engine is one inch wider than the 0-320. That is the only modification, everything else fits perfect. When AF055217-1 is ordered, the customer must also purchase AF0555212-1
