Airforms, Inc. manufactures aircraft parts for general aviation aircraft and holds FAA Part Manufacturing Authority. Our quality control system is approved and monitored by the Federal Aviation Administration. High standards and close tolerances are held on the parts we manufacture and have been the key to the company’s rapid growth and success. While our main focus has been aircraft related, we are not limited to this and are open to any projects that fall within our areas of expertise. Airforms, Inc. has twelve employees who are highly skilled and cover a broad range of technical knowledge. Following is a basic list of products, services and capabilities.

Products Currently Produced
• Welded tubular and sheet metal assemblies including fuselages, landing gear, control surfaces engine baffling. etc.
• Riveted sheet metal assemblies, various aircraft parts.
• Close tolerance tooling.
• Machined components.
• Custom parts for aircraft, electronic and other applications.

Capabilities and Equipment
• Precision sheet metal cutting and forming using computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD / CAM). Scan to drawing to punch / cut to forming capabilities.
• CNC turret punch capable up to .125 in. thick material. Tolerances to +/- .004
• CNC press brake capable up to .250 in. thick material. Tolerances to +/- .004
• Extremely precise welding of all aluminum and steel alloys from .010 to .5 in. thick.
• Metal forming. • Tool and die making, Master Tool Maker on staff.
• Powder coat finishing of parts.
• FAA approved quality control system in place.
• Computer aided drafting.
• Design and engineering of components.
• CCR registered.
